Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Aigentik, developed by Think Code Release Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), handles your information. Please also review our Terms of Use.
Aigentik is designed with a local-first architecture. The App itself does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers. Your workflows, API keys, and configurations remain on your device under your control.
We want to be clear about what we do not do:
The following data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

When you execute workflows that use AI models, your prompts and data are sent directly from your device to the third-party AI provider using your own API keys. We do not act as an intermediary and have no access to this communication.
We strongly encourage you to review each provider's privacy policy before using their services through Aigentik. Be aware that data you send to AI models may be used by those providers for training or other purposes, depending on their policies and your API plan.
If you use trading components, your trading data and API credentials are sent directly from your device to those platforms. We do not have access to your trading activity, account information, or financial data. Review the privacy policies of any trading platform you connect to.
If you choose to save workflow outputs to iCloud, that data is stored on Apple's iCloud servers and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. iCloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
When you connect to external tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or other integrations, data from your workflows may be shared with those external tools as needed for their functionality. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy practices of any external tool you connect to. We do not control what data external tools collect or how they process it.
When you configure WebSocket components, the App connects directly to the endpoints you specify. Data received and transmitted through these connections is processed locally on your device. We have no visibility into or control over these connections.
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
Aigentik is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address the concern.
API keys are stored in your device's Keychain, which provides hardware-level encryption on Apple devices. All communications between the App and third-party services use HTTPS/TLS encryption. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
